No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
How does returning work?
You have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item.
To start a return, contact our customer service at info@feriat.com and provide your order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (within 7 business days), we will issue a full refund.
You should see the money back in your account within 3–5 business days after the refund is processed (depending on your bank/payment method).
